A standing ovation for a king

For the last time in his reign, the King of Spain has attended a very Spanish event - a bullfight.  And at the Ventas bullring in Madrid, the man who has always said he wanted to be king for all Spaniards looked emotional as quite a lot of Spaniards got to their feet and applauded him.  As he prepares to abdicate, Juan Carlos has received the first of many standing ovations.
