All at sea
The King of the Netherlands spent two days this week visiting five Dutch ships taking part in a naval exercise in the Baltic Sea and the official Dutch royal Twitter feed shared several photos of Willem-Alexander during the event.
And King Philippe of the Belgians visited a stretch of the Albert Canal which is marking its 75th anniversary. The canal links Antwerp and Liege and was named after the king's great grandfather, Albert I. Photos of Philippe at the canal were shared on the official Belgian Monarchy Twitter feed.
Crown Princess Mette-Marit visited a school in Akershus to find out more about a project that trains leaders to help all school children get involved in getting involved in games in the playground and photos of the royal joining in activities appeared on her official Twitter feed.
The Duchess of Cornwall visited the crew of HMS Astute in the week - the submarine has just returned from an eight month tour of duty and Camilla helped welcome it home.

Queens in leopard print
Queen Mathilde of the Belgians also starred in several photos on the same Twitter feed including several in which she showed off an on trend leopard print top with grey skirt. The outfit was worn for a meeting with female business leaders looking to bring entrepreneurship into their communities.
Queen Maxima went one better on a visit to a sheltered employment project in the week. The official Dutch Royal House Twitter feed shared photos of the queen who chose a leopard print effect suit for the day.
Lots of learning
The King and Queen of Spain were in Calahorra in the week where they helped get the 2014/2015 Training Year off to a start with a visit to a vocational college with lots of images shared on the official Twitter page of the Royal Household.

The King of Sweden was in Umea this week to take part in a scheme to show how technology can help learning and increase business opportunities and photos of the visit appeared on the official Royal Household Facebook page.
Keeping it in the family
And after months of speculation, one tweet from the Royal Palace in Monaco confirmed that Princess Charlene will give birth to twins at the end of the year.
