Kate is back

The Duchess of Cambridge has made her first public appearance since the birth of Princess Charlotte. In the last twenty minutes, Kate left Buckingham Palace in a carriage with the Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry for Trooping the Colour.

The Duke of Cambridge rode in the procession alongside his father, the Prince of Wales, and his aunt, the Princess Royal. The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh left the Palace last for the event marking the official birthday of Elizabeth II.

It's been reported that Prince George watched his parents leave Buckingham Palace from one of the windows there increasing the likelihood that he will appear on the balcony later to see the flypast. It's going to be a day of special royal images.
