We've had a very green dress, a very green shirt and an emotional Crown Princess and that's before we get anywhere near the cars. It's been an octane fuelled day for the royal houses of Europe - here are the headlines from June 29th.

King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain headed to Pamplona where they attended a conference on architecture and visited the Volkswagen factory which is marking its 50th anniversary. Cue royals posing by car and hitting the factory floor. And there was another reason for the royal smiles - the Casa Real Twitter account has just hit half a million followers, two years after it started.
There were more cars as Prince Harry was announced as the Royal Patron of Silverstone Heritage project to mark the 70th anniversary of the first Grand Prix at the venue. Prince Harry presented the trophies at the 2011 British Grand Prix and has been spotted at other races.
Queen Mathilde went green - really green - as she and King Philippe held a reception for the governors of the Belgian provinces. The royal couple welcomed them to the Royal Palace in Brussels.
There was another big splash of green on show in Denmark as Prince Henrik was joined by his younger son, Prince Joachim, to present the Europa Nostra which recognises work done to conserve the Danish landscape and architecture.
The jubilee tour of King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway came to an end in Kristiansand today. The royal couple were greeted by huge crowds, as they have been all the way through this journey round the country. The final stop saw them joined, again, by Haakon Magnus and Mette-Marit with the Crown Princess looking delighted to be back in her home town.
