One week, so many royal events and not all of them in Canada. After seven days of action packed regal events, it's time for a catch up and what better way to get things in order than with a bit of numerical help. Here's the Royal Week, in numbers.

The number of years Crown Princess Victoria has been patron of the pink ribbon campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer in Sweden. This week, photos were released to mark her patronage for 2016. The Crown Princess met representatives of the Cancer Society at the Royal Palace in September to hear about the progress being made in research and to hear more about plans for this year's awareness campaign which runs throughout October.

The number of years since the Piezo Foundation was set up - it helps people in vulnerable situations find their way in society and this week it marked its birthday with the help of Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. The Dutch queen visited one of the foundation's centres in Zoetermeer and met people being supported there as she took part in the celebrations.

The number of Olympic and Paralympic medallists welcomed to the Pardo Palace by King Felipe, Queen Letizia and the Infanta Elena of Spain this week. The royals hosted a reception for the Spanish athletes who had represented their country at the events in Rio with King Felipe telling them they had brought emotion and joy to the homes of millions of people who had watched their sporting achievements unfold in Brazil.

The number of years since the founding of the organisation l'Ouevre de l'Hospitalite - this week King Philippe of the Belgians visited one of their projects to help mark the anniversary. Philippe spent time at the Baudouin Home which was set up to help men who are out of work. He spoke to some of those who use the facility as well as people supporting them.

The year the timber in the stave church in Hegge in Norway is dated to - Queen Sonja visited this week to help mark its 800th anniversary. The Queen of Norway wore traditional costume for the event and attended a special service there as well as taking part in the festival outside afterwards.
