It's been a busy royal week with big visits, National Day celebrations and huge bills all making the headlines. We've seen some of the youngest royals on the continent, heard about projects that stretch around the world and had a right royal row about costs. To sum it all up, here's the Royal Week - in Numbers.

The number of months Gen Pep, a project backed by Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, has been on Instagram. The project aims to increase public health and this week released a video talk from Stephen Hawking encouraging people to become healthier. Prince Daniel  helped in the filming of the interview with Professor Hawking. In the week, Daniel also spoke to a newspaper, telling Aftonbladet that society was facing big changes including health issues and raised concerns that poorer people can sometimes have most difficulties accessing healthy food and regular exercise.  The couple met celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver, earlier this year as part of their campaign.

The century in which the earliest of the prints on show in a special exhibition of Japanese art in Brussels were made - Queen Mathilde visited it in the week. The display of over 400 works from the 18th to 20th centuries is at the Cinquantenaire Museum, the biggest in the Belgian capital, and runs until February 2017.  Mathilde made the trip a month after returning from her State Visit to Japan.

The number of commissioners from Commonwealth countries presented with certificates this week by the Queen in recognition of their Commonwealth Canopy dedications. The project, announced at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Malta last year, will create forest conservation projects across 52 countries. The presentations took place at Buckingham Palace, just before the announcement of the 10 year restoration programme which will cost 369 million pounds.

The number of years that Television Espanola has been broadcasting - to mark the anniversary, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain welcomed members of the station to the Zarzuela Palace. Letizia was a newsreader on the channel at the time she became engaged to Felipe. Twelve years on, the couple hosted a reception just days after attending the official opening of Spain's parliamentary session which was attended by their two daughters, Leonor and Sofia, for the first time.

The year in which the frigate, La Guepratte, was commissioned - this week, Princess Charlene took her son, Prince Jacques, along for a visit. The royal trip, on November 17th, was part of National Day celebrations and saw little Jacques, who is about to turn two, get a tour of the 3,200 tonne ship which earlier this year became the first frigate in the Marine Nationale to get a female commander. Jacques got a chance to see some of the sailors again when they took part in the military parade in Monaco on National Day itself, November 19th.
